I share ideas, frameworks, and perspectives that help organisations and architects navigate the changing Salesforce landscape. My work focuses on the how of modernisation, exploring new architectural patterns, delivery models, and ways of thinking about data and AI.
What I share here draws on my work as CTO within Capgemini’s UK Salesforce practice, combined with decades of experience in enterprise technology and transformation. Alongside that full-time role, I maintain a small number of independent sessions and community offerings each month that are designed to inform, inspire, and spark better conversations across the wider ecosystem.

Developing Frameworks for the AI Era
I’m developing a body of work that connects architectural strategy, platform modernisation, and AI. This includes evolving ideas such as the Salesforce Modernisation Playbook, Diagramming Salesforce Solutions, and the emerging AgentOps model for AI-ready delivery.
Each framework is shared to provoke thought and encourage dialogue across the ecosystem, it is not published as finished doctrine, but as an evolving way of understanding how technology and people can move faster together.
Speaking, Events, and Industry Collaboration
I regularly speak at events such as Dreamforce and London’s Calling, sharing insights on Salesforce modernisation, architecture, and the role of AI in shaping future delivery models.
